the whole culture thing is my point exactly...its all done and dusted, no reprisals, long running hate campaigns, and some of the supporters do get involved in scenes too, but they're not considered as violence or hooliganism.
We could do with taking a leaf out of their book on this one. The problem is that the scum elements that most clubs have do not care about their club, or its players or results. They want to cause trouble, pure and simple and won't be happy till they do.

Oh they do care but it goes a lot deeper than that. Definitely something not to be discussed here anyway............

Also some of the GAA officials and players are cops so it'll be glossed over quicker than the EL.............

In all my years going to GAA matches up and down the country I've never seen trouble with the supporters either. I'm sure isolated incidents happen, but very rarely. The fact is that at a GAA match you can sit next to an opposing fan for a match and have a good laugh. I've done it plenty of times this year in stands and terraces where I was greatly outnumbered and I never felt threatened. The main fights at GAA probably happen on the pitches which are usually sorted out by a quick exchange of blows

I thought that you were on about the fools that just go along to games for fights and would struggle to name five of the first team kinda fans !?!

Are we talking about the same kind of fans here ???

Basically .... i think that people who go to games with the intention of fighting/breaking something/anti social behaviour are doing untold damage to our game and in no way could be classed as fans. These people take no responsibility for their actions what so ever and they exist because people tolerate their behaviour and to a certain degree the people who excuse this behaviour and these people are part of the problem.

The people making the allowances for these fools are damaging our game and dont have to answer for it !!
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

I'll take him for €5. Ebay really is the place for these kind of transactions though Patsh. I hope that includes post and packaging.

For a start, CALM DOWN !!!

For seconds, I was commenting on CCFC and never compared them to Shels. I think I am perfectly entitled to point out problems / bad habits I have seen at other clubs, even if the same problems supposedly exist in the club I support. As for Ollie Byrne, everyone knows he's an eejit, but I'm not so sure it's fair to say that about the manager or players unless you can give us some definite examples.

    I'm quite calm.
If you genuinely cannot think of any examples of the thuggery of Oily, Nuttsy and those members of his squad who can be quite honestly described as hatchetmen, then you have been following a different club to the one you profess to follow.

players? Try Heary. Excellent player, but a dab hand at intimidating referees even to the point of pushing them around a la jim o'neill.

at the time the girl is just lookin for a place to hide from the men that killed her family. at first she doesn't realise what leon does. when she does find out she sees it as an easy way to get revenge. like gettin a mate to do a nixer for u.
