Anyone think there'll a decent number of changes for Tuesday? Have a look at the likes of Forde, Sledge, Long, Walters, Reid from the start?

I read a quote from O'Neill before the game last night indicating that there'd be plenty of experimentation with players who didn't start or see game-time last night more likely to play against Poland.

    Edit: Was from here: http://www.thescore.ie/martin-oneill...76112-Nov2013/

We’ve got a group of players coming over here and, while the results are obviously important and it would be nice to get off to a good start and win some matches, there will be an element of experimentation as well. I’d like to give some players who don’t play tomorrow night some time in Poland.

It’s more the case of getting to know the players. I’m sure there’s not a player who will be training that wouldn’t want to play tomorrow night but I can only play so many.

Some boys who will play tomorrow will just have to sit it out in Poland. It’s a bit of a journey for the lads coming over. They’re all excited and everybody wants to be a part of it. I wouldn’t mind playing as many players as I possible can and I will mix and match.

Just watching back now. My God Nadia Forde is a brutal singer. She's not a singer! Never heard of her as anything other than a model but then I think she's just one of that Lilie's/Assets bull**** crowd where they're a model/singer/actress and anything else that will up the profile

Have I been mispronouncing the words to Amhran na bhFiann wrongly since I was 7? I barely recognised some of the words.

Forget about the performance or entertainment. It's only the result that matters.

yeah. the chorus from Fiesta by The Pogues. It's been used at the Aviva stadium for a while, surprised you haven't heard it before.

I thought she did a pretty good job, I'm surprised Latvia didn't ask her to sing their's too.

Don't know if she massacred it. can't say I could sing it myself but I though she did OK and the end bit of it was very well done.

If you think she massacred it, you ain't seen nothing yet!

OK they are all USA ones, one area in which they still lead the world is bad national anthems.

    Some more here

Compared to those she did a fine job.

Comparing it to other anthem massacres does not mean its not a massacre.

    She absolutely destroyed it.

Anyway , no point in going into it - no doubt the debate will continue next march when nadia returns to lansdowne for futher anthem destruction against serbia
