So no mention of shane tracy, rory gaffney, pat nzuzi, sam oji, david o'leary and Stephen mcgann as of yet. Need a striker, a midfielder over 5, 8 please and at least one more ch to supplement the two *#$@$ s
Excellent signing in my books. Slightly worrying that Taylor mentioned it as if he's instead of Oji though. We could really do with a 4 quality CBs

The fact there hasn't been a word on Oji and the talk is of Leahy partnering Folan I wouldn't bet on him signing.
O'Leary, Nzuzi and Gaffney would be a priority in my eyes.
daryl Horgan not signing for cork I hear would be just what we need.. not much happening at the moment it is a little bit worrying..
Limerick fans might have noticed some talk about Axel Bossekota in the last little while, mostly on Twitter. He seems open to a return, claiming that things just weren't "sorted out" with the club (paraphrasing his words a little bit), and such sentiment seems to have some support from the fanbase. I'm not even sure where Axel is right now (I assume he doesn't have a club) or what the exact issue was with the club, but do people think it might be a good idea to bring him back in when the opportunity arises?
Personally I'm not so sure. He was decent but he seemed to only really play to the best of his ability in a handful of games, and his goal return wasn't anything too spectacular (admittedly, a common problem with the attackers last season).

Didn't Bossekota make it clear he was going to Europe to look for a new contract during the winter? I don't know whether that was his decision or because he was told he wasn't needed.
If it was his decision, he's changed his tune a bit, starting last week. I guess the Europe plans didn't work out.
If not, then I guess he's just fishing.

I wouldn't be in any rush to take him back.
The ball is round and has many surprises.

Anthony Elding has left Cork... I know he's a bit of a hot head, but he would be a very good option for us as a goal threat and would be a good replacement for Curran too.
I'd heard Taylor isn't interested in Elding, for the exact reason that he was worried what happened at Cork would happen in Limerick.
