My 3 nominees are Rhys, Josh and Ryan. I thought I had my mind made up on the winner at this stage but Ryan connollys performances of late have thrown a spanner in the works. Going to be a tight call.

Ryan would win on work rate. Rhys would win on goals assists and quality of passes. Josh would win on goals versus time on the pitch. Most people only really remember the most recent performances until they really think about it, so for all of them imo it will be the next 2 games that decide it

I'd give it to Rhys. Connolly has been brilliant for us since signing but Rhys signed for us a good two months before him and was thrown straight into the deep end with us just losing Salmo! He's been consistently solid for us and has chipped in with a few screamers. The fact that this is young player of the year as well, it's important to remember that he's still only 19.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

For the way the season ended I have given it to Dan Purdy for his superb goals in the playoffs...

No offence but he was extremely inconsistent all season. Rhys was superb, my pick all day long with Josh just behind.
