    According to Marc Kenny, we were the better side throughout but couldn't really break them down. Both teams were through already so all Scotland had to do was avoid losing and they'd top the group.

    in fairness it was a good result cinsidering the scots had the best 16 yo in the world in their side

    ...by virtue of a 1 goal superior GD. It was only Gib and Faroes we both beat so it'd have been a disaster if we didn't get through, but credit where it's due.

    Had a look at his twitter too and there's little hints of what his connection is. Pure speculation but the pic with the lads on either side of him strikes me as his Irish cousins that came to watch him play for Ireland.
