Very poor first half by Limerick and conceded early in second half to go 4 nil down.rallied well after that to bring it back to 4 3 through Eddie Lee, an og and a penalty by Mike O Gorman.try as they did to get an equaliser it was to no avail as they conceded again through a penalty late on to go down 5 3.A lot of Limericks top players were missing for various reasons and imo if they had been there they would have beaten this Clare side. But they weren't snd good luck to Clare. I still think limerick will come out of this group when the players return . that's no disrespect to the lads who played tonight. I think the upcoming quadrangular tournament and St Patricks upcoming GAA semi final was probably the reason for a lot of players not playing tonight. Had Clare a full squad tonight anyone.?

Clare were missing about 5 or 6 lads through gaa too and 2 through injury.limerick can only get better.i think the fact clare junior teams have no League games played was a major factor in clare players getting tired. But fair Play to limk they never gave up.

what was the squad. big loss for Limerick, is this the first time clare have beaten them

Eoin o brien also missing for Clare tonight due to suspension, will be a big boost to have him back

over the 90mins clare the better team ,got very tired the last 20mins but hung on to get what was a great win for them.very disappointed with limerick,terrible in the first half which clare dominated,improved second half and made a game of it,not so sure of clare pen near the end as i was too far away to judge,maybe someone can clarify if it was indeed a pen.limerick player deserved his red.i could only see 14 togged for limerick open to correction on that and many,maybe half original squad,not there at all.,did not realise kick off delayed as limerick were late.good crowd there and congrats to clare on the new lights.

Your correct.only had 14.agree about the lights nice job.well done to all involved.
