    Robert Pires

    Cant believe this guy.. We again saw his true colours on sat with his somersault on the ground after touching o sheas arm poor little fella.. We saw him do something similar when he won arsenal a peno against portsmouth last season and now weve seen it again . At least we showed him what we thought of him with all the booing was great.. My mate who was sitting up in tier 3 said all the frence around him were booing him as well.. Only have to wait 11 months to show him what we think of him again !!!

    Oxford English Dictionary: CHEAT n :
    1) one who achieves under false pretences,
    2) undeserving,
    3) a swindler,
    4) wanky frenchman who falls over a lot.(see 'PIRES'
    )
    On the way into the stadium, an elderly San Marino Steward waved us in and said "Tonight, may the best team win"

    And they nearly did.

    Yeah it was fantastic the way we booed him. Can't wait to do the same in the home game next year.

    I watched the game on Eurosport again today. Great game. Irealnd looked great It was a lot easier to watch when you knew the final score.

    The irish fans looked great and sounded brilliant. There was only a short period where you could hear the stupid french horns. The booing of Pires was excellent, the commentators kept noticing it.

    I believe in the french dictionary it says Narky Irishman who falls over then shouts a lot (see Robbie Keane) but thats unconfirmed.

    firstly kilbane didnt go looking for a peno they clashed and he went down didnt seeing him jumping up to claim anything

    Secondly robbie doesnt chest he might look theatrical at times but its under a challenge.

    Why defend Pires for doing this again and again and getting away with it

    He had just been kneed in the face so he couldn't go looking for the peno. We can't slate Pires and defend our own, Kilbane dived.

    He got the knee in the face after he went down. If he stayed on his feet he would have been OK.

    Have to agree with you Blobbyblob. But in fairness, Conor is from South Kerry. Hardly the most progressive part of the world! Fancies himself as a Jackie Healy Ray I feel.
