    Murphy signs 2 year extension.

According to 96FM Liams signed a 2 year extension to his contract.

Looks like Gunthers going to be around for quite some time. A definite vote of confidence from the Board I'd say.

Now if only we could get Noel Hartigan to put pen to paper on that 10-year deal that Gunther is trying to get him to sign. Apparently Noel is holding out for a 25-year deal like John Caulfield and Deccie Daly got.

Expect us to go backwards not forwards under Gunther. With all the talk of managers I see a lot of people have failed to mention Dave Barry and Noel o Mahony for the job I mean we did enjoy our most sucessful spells under the guidence of these men

If only it was the dreaded "vote of confidence" they had given him, instead of a 2-year contract. I'd be much happier then!
