Ballina couldn't field a team, not a good sign for super league champions ..surely for a Conaught cup 1/4 final you would be able to get 11 players together. . On the the other hand massive win for westport totally out played mervue it could have been 2 or 3 nil..

Did Mervue have a full squad. They picked up a lot of decent players this year from other Galway clubs. Big win for Westport. Have they strengthened from last year.

Mervue had the full squad with them .must say they were very poor on the day...no new players added to the westport team from last years squad ..
