don't think many real city fans think he's a judas (good fun to shout on matchday though!) i wouldn't mind seein him back at all.
over network54 is down so you're stuck with me for the day ;-)
do fans really think he is a "Judas"?
way I see it ye sold him for good money to Tranmere, then he went up North and then signed for us. Its not as if he left Cork to sign for the "cup specialists" (ala Cronin who doesn't get labelled a judas).
I gotta say I love Billy being at Rovers. Mick Byrne gave him the run-around when he first signed, then when Rico took over it was a new lease of life for him and he was flying up untill Drogheda kicked him off the pitch the day he scored a hattrick aginst them. Then last year he ended up playing at left full cause Brian Byrne was doing well in his usual position. This year he's doing well again, though Richie Byrne is pushing him hard for that outside left position. I was delighted when his proposed move back to Cork fell through last year. I remember his face when we beat Bohs 1-0 in Dalyer, that was his first game at left full and he worked his socks off and was delighted at the end with the result.

ps. Sure maybe we'll swap ye for Cahill at the end of the season! With all the new motorways Clonmel to Tallaght isn't a long commute for training ;-)
