Aldo, have you any idea what the rules are regarding using 'A' team players for the 'B' team? If an A team plays before the B team on the same day are you allowed use any of the starting XI? Or if the A team was playing the week before but not playing the current weekend of the 'B' team how many can you use? Seems to be a bit of cunfusion about who you can and can't play

Hi hoss , I believe the rule is a player can only play for one team on the same day . If a player plays for two teams the opposition for the second match have four days to object to the result with the league . The main problem I see is some teams will use players in both matches but will have different names on a match card so proving a player played twice for an A and B team can be difficult at times .
As for playing in different weekends , I believe the rule is as follows . Only three players that played for an A team on one weekend are allowed to play for a B team the next weekend .

Cool, thanks for that. Do you know what the story with subs is? If you are a used sub for the A team can you play for the B team on the same day? One guy I asked said you can use two subs but I'm not sure on that.

NO once a player plays for the A team weather he starts or comes on as a sub he cannot play for the B team on the same day . If an A player is an unused sub for an A team then he can play in the other match .
