AFAIK, the jersey which is being made for the contest is going to be a '3rd' jersey, which will probably only be worn in friendlies, pre-season and the mini tournament, if it happens.
I wouldnt be too bothered if they changed our 2nd strip though.
is this a farce or what?????????????
we now know that the club will be changing their away jersey for definite next season...thats twice in a year.
im not a happy camper
3 new jerseys to buy at the start of the season...liverpool,celtic and now city away
it just isnt a joke anymore

If at first you don't succeed, redefine success.
Home jersey is staying
The Away is changing ..... as was always the plan.
The new 2005 ...... is for 2005 !!
A solution for you waistcoat could be to not buy the 'pool or sell-thick jersey.
Look ..... you see .... there is always an answer to your problem.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

I think that it is good that the club should bring out a new away jersey. I think they should bring out a new kit every year.
Let's get it going for this year the away support.

Whether they be from Glasgow or Tallaght both equally as repulsive to me.
And we all know Rockmount are Roys favourite side.
So you were not a fan of the retro 80's hoop jersey a la QPR style then?Originally Posted by razor
Perhaps a change of manager would be more appropriate for 2005

I still don't see what the problem is with people supporting other clubs as well as City
Buy whatever fcekin shirt ya want dolanswaistcoat
The only thing I have a problem with is people who are from Cork, Dublin or wherever and who support e.g. an English club but don't actively support their local club here in Ireland, and furthermore take the p*ss out of those who do, or go on about Irish football being complete c**p - which more than likely reflects the fact that they haven't even gone to an Eircom league match recently
I know a lot of ye disagree with me!! But that's ok, tis a free country
Finally someone who talks sense,Gandhi you're a breath of fresh air to this forum.

on the other hand, most teams do sell jersey as in home one year, away the next, home, away... because we changed to O'Neills, they had to sell both at the same time. so if they do sell another away jersey, it'll be to start that pattern of one jersey a season.
