Same referee that all this controversy is about is loving all the attention he is getting on this..referee who thinks he is loi all buddy's with the top referees couldn't hold gene's whistle in my eyes..looks like kilumney got easy 3 points not their fault looks like another great run in for league title

He wouldn't hold any refs whistle if you ask me but I tell ya one thing he'd hold a pint in Quinlans with all his blarney street buddy's it's amazing he's not down to ref the game tonight ohh hang on he might run away after 10 minutes this time

The aul and the msl are the biggest shambles in my eyes. Both run to suit how many pints of beamish the old fellas on the commitee can get down there necks. A lot more needs to be done about this and lot more put back in, eg prizes for the winning teams etc a lot of money been taking from clubs by both these Aul and Msl through subscriptions for entering leagues and cups and of course the shambles of Yellow and red card fines all for which is just ****ed down a toilet by these so called organisations. Nothing at all been done for the good of the clubs! You turn up and play a match week in week out lose a **** load of money , players that are Not working paying there own fines , Yes all for the love of the game but come on surely they could come with something..rant over.

Currently in Cork football - MSL/AUL dont get on, Youths/Schoolboys dont get on, refs/Youths dont get on - Refs and most orgs dont get on. Football is the loser and I do agree with duckdu that something has to be done. 1 overall Cork football umbrella group - 1 senior league, 1 junior league - 5 year plan like we had.

However, I see guys on here who remind me of me when we began in 1999. I was 25 and knew it all - AUL spent their days plotting how to annoy teams and refs had pictures of me on their dartboards at home! That is not the case!!! The AUL (and MSL) I presume are scraping for money as their accounts show. If the AUL did not have the yellow cards last year they would have lost money on the year (I disagree 1 million percent with the yellow card fines by the way) but facts are facts. The money is not "sent to Dublin" - it is in and will be in the accounts in June at the AGM.

I have fought with practically all the committee members, but they are volunteers working hard. The problems lie in the old Irish "committeeS" infighting culture - as a guy said to me once - the first point on the agenda of any new club/organisation is THE SPLIT...............because its inevitable.

Someone needs to have the b*lls to tell the truth about Cork Football being wrong, but hey, we are even fighting with the FAI!!

    Politics huh!
Just remember, every kick makes me stronger and more determined. Indians always come back!

How can you say that 1for...... They put up with a lot. Most of them do it for the money, simple as.... You know as well as me and hundreds other soccer folk, they don't give a monkeys and YES they do favour some teams over others. I was at games this year where the refs have been a disgrace and decisions made or more importantly Not made that would make even the most quietest person cringe. The league needs an overhaul and we all know it.

Fair play to blarney st !! Did well when they went 2 up top and seemed to caus Killeen problems when they went at them !!! Murphy never got on the ball and was hounded by McGee time and time again !! Nala didn't get a sniff off streets back 4 who were rock solid all night !! Not a great game but I'm sure the street won't complain !!

Well done to all connected to Blarney Street on the win. Great spotters in fairness. Secondly who do I apply to for a refund. Not meaning to be disrespectful to anyone but it will go down as possibly the worst final in living memories. No matter how fellas try to dress it up. Well done again to Blarney Street again.
