Anyone in the world can go out and get fit though just depends how much you want it. He has the ability to play for a good premier club IMO and i would argue that he has better ability technically than any of the other 4 players you mentioned but like you say fitness is a big factor

Ac Melon... if you chose not to believe fair enough but with the players down there with Olympic now I can guarantee you that not all them will pay full membership .. if you want a hobby join a b team ,, that's the problem lads keep moving for the easy options in Shannon , is it just me or should the more talented players be pushing themselves on to progress not taking the easy option of joining other teams e.g Olympic and not being disrespectful to Olympic .

Right now, Adrian Carew a better footballer than Sean Burke ??????

Griffin and McMahon can play the game at a higher level to the other Town players you mentioned maybe Glynn a few years ago...

What about the 2 young lads in the middle of the park for Hibs ?? they were excellent in the derby match earlier this season until Hibs ran out of steam due to lack of fitness..

Why is now you have changed your statement to you "gaurantee " the players aren't paying membership when before you said you "heard" players aren't paying? Its people like yourself that blow these rumours out of proportion, and you can say the players move for the easy options and have no loyalty but in honesty how many different managers has hibs/town/Olympic had in the past 5 years? Sure we'll blame the players for that too.

i am not going to name the players on here ?? shannon town same manager for the last 3-4 years so your arguement gone here ? the rest have changed over the years ,, players know who the manager is before they sign for club so no excuses on this .. hell of alot harder to get Managers involved with clubs and very unusall any manager sticks around for along time at any club..

Don't know the hibs management and from what's going on there of late it seems a bit non excitant, but town prob have the best management from the lot IMO.

What defines good management. . Have any of the junior managers in shannon any coaching courses done.or have any played at a high level.. if not surely they cant be defined as good management if not trying to progress their own skills..just my opinion..

I never asked you to name players, if I did I would of put a question mark at the end. Well from my knowledge I remember James carrig and Gerry Kelly managing 2/3 years ago and now Colm Ryan, not 100% sure but I THINK that means they did change management.

i suppose most will have their own opinion but for me, good knowledge of the game, able to converse with players, can identify issue and rectify, tactically aware, good trainer (plenty of variety without boring people), ...whether the person was a good player or not does not always tell the story, how many top premiership managers had been great players

we could go on and on here ,, if managers leave clubs by their own choice you cant really class that as club changing management and i would reckon most clubs in shannon would have had managers leave by their choice over the last 5/6 years if clubs ask them to leave that is a different story

how do you figure that out town have probally had the best squads for the last 2-3 years ... unlucky to miss out on promotion year hibs went up to premier ? last year they were in danger of being relegated until last few games of season . so far this season they are still in danger of relegation and only two points above hibs ( and we all know the mess hibs are in ) so if town have the best management they have not shown it

I agree burke better than carew. Mcmahon has retired I believe and as for hibs yes young kelly definately good enough. Harty and j martin both retired too I believe.

has mc mahon not signed for bridge utd ?? and hearty has signed for bridge as well cant figure this out as he could not make training or games with hibs due to work so how can he get out to the bridge to train and make games lads something seriously wrong with young lads in Shannon or is it the clubs if they are retiring from soccer at 19 - 20 years of age
