    Sligo Rovers skipper Gerry Carr believes that the eircom First Division side were right to appoint a new manager before the end of the season, even though it is their third appointment in five months.

    The Bit O’ Red appointed Sean Connor as their new manager earlier this week and the 37-year-old has a huge task on his hands in turning the side into a promotion chasing team.
