Has anyone else who applied for tickets for England game in Wembley had any notification yet on success or failure of said application? If so, what was the mechanism of notication?

I got this email on the 11th March. I've had nothing since!

    England v Republic of Ireland – Wembley Stadium - 29th May 2013.

Please note that your application for tickets for this match have been has been approved.

We will send details to make payment during the first week of April 2013 and tickets will be issued soon afterwards.

In the meantime if you need to make any changes to your application please do this over the next two weeks pending payment notification.

    Regards

They emailed me to say they were going to send out the payment requests from "week beginning 26th April". Notwithstanding that 26th April was a Friday, I think it's fair to say they'll be sending out the bill sometime very soon.

    Same as Junior.
I've also booked & paid for a ticket from the English FA. Anyone received anything from them?

They've stopped selling them after that Millwall trouble but you'll get them right enough. One thing they are good at is selling tickets.
    Usually at rip-off prices.

got the email today too. seems to be telling me an exact price to pay although i don't remember selecting a ticket category - I guess I must have or they are automatically allocating them. Doesn't matter - delighted!
    Cheers lads.

Ireland were allocated 11,000 tickets for this match (apparently), but does anybody know how many we've sold ?

    Allocated 19k.

Fair play to those who're going. Their FA will be very grateful for the half-a-million quid plus.

    We've sold 11,000 !!

    Blimey

I read a message form Wembley that said we were only allocated that many so never thought it's what we'd actually sold.

    Hat's off.
