My starting 11 against Rovers:
Devine
Greg Hoggy Benno Murphy
Doyler Fenn Colin Kearney
Georgie Flynny
Subs: Murray Lordan Lopes Behan Gamble
Does Dolan have the freedom to make changes like this?
Flynny to make way for Lopes at half time if he doesn't get the finger out, Lopes to go into midfield, and Fenn to join Georgie up front.
Gamble to come in for anyone in midfield who looks like they are having a Nwankwo night.
Behan, Murray and Lordan to be cover for injury only.
We would give Rovers a warm welcome with that XI, IMO.

Nwankwo had one poor game and no one forgets it. Flynn, Georgie, Liam, Doyler .... nothing said. FFS give the guy a break, no first team footie in months and isn't on top form when he comes back into the side and he is the cause of all our problems.

The comment was not a statement that Micheal is bad generally. He was so memorably bad in that one game because he is normally so effective.

Almost the same players as what I'd pick except that I'd have Murray in ahead of Flynny....

harsh on Fenn I know, but just to have a look.
I honestly think Flynny's getting better with each game (Bohs game a hiccough), I reckon he'll score against Rovers, maybe two.

we're bad enough in midfield as it is, taking someone out and putting kearney in the centre wouldnt work. kearneys a winger, and not that great until he has space to run at people. if we were doing 3 in the centre i'd want to have at least one player better than gamble, o'brien or kearney.

Very controversial team i know but its about time we gave a run to some of our all star, all conquering under 21 team. its harsh to drop fenn i know but this sort of pacy system might just be right to destroy a team as slow as Rovers. But i'd say i have more chance of winning the lottery than seeing this team play
