This is the biggest bunch of **** I've heard today - just got the Echo and read it.

When Georgie came on I thought he changed the game - he had more creativity and more attack prowness about him which City lacked for the game.

I would have thought Gamble be dropped as well as I dont think he played that impressivley in Dublin.

    Suicide this could be!

Of course it's true because it's in the local rag....they're always right about these things...interesting to see that the official site doesnt say anything about an unchanged side...

If Dolan does name an unchanged side then we know for certain that he considers showing who's boss more important that getting a result, and if that is the case he should walk away.

George changed the game against Dublin City and if Dolan can't accept that and get on with things, he shouldn't be a manager.

Niamh hit the nail on the head.

He's made his point. Georgie and Fenny know who's boss. They'll think twice before messing around again.

City cannot afford to have two of our best players warming the bench while the likes of an off form Flynny and Woods get their game
    Oh no not them again

But if they are not thinking ...... what then, should the manager have to put up with that level of crap, and if so is there any cut off point time wise .... how long does this tolerance of crap have to go on for ?

Well us fans have been putting up with it for awhile....
Greg has been tolerating a lot of crap for awhile..... so has Hoggie
    It cuts both ways.
Players made their point, Dolan made his point, not get on with it or the fans will really start to make their point and stay away.

It's hard to accomadate every player. I think we will win tomorrow even if George or Fenn don't play.

If this is true, then Dolan is an absolute muppet.
George, by all accounts (here and in the media) completely turned the game against Dublin in City's favour and most chances were created after his introduction. If the world can see this, and Dolan does not act or chooses not to act despite knowing it, then he is not doing his job. City need to win tomorrow and our best chance of that is with George in the team.

If the Dolan v George thing is resolved enough to have George on the bench, then it's sorted enough to have him in the team.

Will we win without George...I don't think we've won a game in the league that he didn't start in the last two seasons until that great 1-0 against the mighty Dubs last week...when he was brought on early enough to change things.

Dolan is doing his job, Georgie is a great player but in all fairness, where else would you be able to good to the media about your boss and act the maggot and not expect anything to happen. Georgie has some responsibility in all this aswell.

Maybe it isn't resolved enough to have him on the bench ? But Dolan is decent enough to have him on it.

Thing is .... if Georgies attitude was a bit better then we wouldn't be in this situation !!

It shouldn't be seen as a Dolan V George thing. From what I hear it's a George v George thing. He's lucky Dolan appreciates him so much to leave him near the bench.

Dolan picks the team and if he thinks Georgie should be left on the bench again it's his decision.Hopefully Georgie will come on with half an hour to go at 0-0,play ablinder and score the winner.

ffs he's good but we wont collapse without him. who knows he might come on and play crap. when has george ever been the model of consistency?
