    Cool

This is politicians at their best. Pick some emotive stupid topic to get the public in a stupper while they distracted from the real issues of the day. Emotive topic then dropped cos of public reaction & everyone thinks Bertie a great man.

Former CEO of our company played the same game with compulsary lunch times which he got us to vote on (turkeys & christmas) which distracted everyone from wage freeze. In hindsight was classic management!

You're sadly mistaken if you think that things would be any different with the opposition parties in power. They're all cut from the same cloth.

The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

    Government get it wrong

The Government have gotten it seriously wrong. Every bloody night club in Ireland should be closed, crap holes the lot of them.
People who complain about Irish opening hours should try living in Wales or the South of England.

Oh yea and lets blame the Government for Garda advice... surely thats more of a FG problem......
    Oh no not them again

TV3 had an interview with a garda PR guy who said that their main problem times were between 2 and 3 am, and that was the reason that they were stopping Spirit and the Gatey closing at 3 and 4 am. Now they will be closing between 2 and 3 am! Classic Maybe they just want to get home to bed a bit earlier
As I say, we're just young & a bit nieve.

As I've long since been "taken", I would have to agree with you. However, back in the day, if you were single and not fussy it was a great spot
If you attack me with stupidity, I'll be forced to defend myself with sarcasm.
