In L'equipe this morning (France's daily national sports newspaper) they report that as of Thursday 31 Sept there are only 2,000 tickets still avaibale for the match.
Wow! And I thought it was just going to be half full of Irish supporters.
This suprised me at first but when you think about it, the attendance at the Israel match was 42,000, considering we will be bringing over 30,000 Irish and an Ireland match is slightly more attractive to the general public than the Israeli one, a capacity attendance isn't as suprising as it first sounds.
