There is a full list of Premier League games on that day in England and there is no way RTE would move Premier Soccer Saturday for a LOI game so I'd say it's Setanta
Limerick vs Cork City has been moved to Saturday March 9th 7.45pm for TV coverage. Don't know if this is Setanta or RTE... maybe a Limerick fan will know.
I thought RTE had picked Sligo/Derry on Friday so maybe they're showing 2 games, or its Setanta?

Here on a technicality.
If its RTE it will be on after the Ireland vs France game and as said above I'd be shocked if RTE move there premier soccer Saturday for it.
Setanta then have the setanta cup quarters on the Monday and Tuesday so cork likely down for a Tuesday game there.
Rumours were they were trying to get the league game moved to Sunday but with us having a Setanta cup game in the next round (assuming we don't throw away a 4-0 lead) midweek that may be why they're going with Saturday.
According to Corks twitter the game has been moved to Sunday. They release a revised fixture list and then change the fixture a few days later. 5:15pm kick off

Sunday suits me great!Airtricity League live television games announced
RTÉ have selected the Munster derby between Limerick and Cork City as their first live game of the new 2013 Airtricity League season. The Premier Division match at Thomond Park has been moved to Sunday, March 10, to facilitate the broadcast and the kick-off will be at 5.15pm. It will be shown on RTÉ Two
During the opening month of the season RTÉ will also screen the match between Shamrock Rovers and St Patrick’s Athletic on Friday, March 15 and the Shelbourne v Shamrock Rovers game which will now take place on Sunday, March 24.
RTÉ also intend to screen a match on Friday, March 29, but have not yet selected a game.
The RTÉ Airtricity League schedule for March is as follows:
Sunday 10 March: Limerick v Cork City, Thomond Park, 5.15pm, RTÉ Two
Friday 15 March: Shamrock Rovers v St Patrick’s Athletic, Tallaght Stadium, 7.35pm, RTÉ Two
Sunday 24 March: Shelbourne v Shamrock Rovers, Tolka Park, 3.55pm, RTÉ Two
Friday 29 March: TBC, RTÉ Two
Great stuff that they've gone for a Sunday evening kick-off. Great for families and should be a good attendance for that game in Thomond.
https://kesslereffect.bandcamp.com/album/kepler - New music. It's not that bad.
I'm really glad Sligo Rovers aren't having any games live on TV. I think we have 7 or 8 leagues games alone on TV, very inconvenient for supporters with kick off times and dates changed.
Great for Limerick to get the live game and exposure. It won't put be off going to the game. Only place to be.

A Championship: 4 years - 8 first teams - 0 financially ruined. First Division '14: 7 first teams.
Opportunity lost for new clubs/regions to join the LoI family.
It would be great if Limerick could get a crowd of close to 6k in for this. With the longer evenings the KO time in not bad either and they could get lucky with the weather. I might even head down to it myself, never been in Thomand and can't wait for the league to start.
Do Cork fans think it being on tele and the change of time/date will lower how many they will bring?
There's 2 sides to the coin - being moved to a Sunday I'd imagine it'll be easier for people with jobs and families to make it, but clearly on the other hand the TV coverage is bound to turn off some from travelling. I'd hope with it being the first game that we'll still bring a very healthy crowd.
If Limerick have any sense, all fans will be in the one stand facing the cameras. It is a ridiculous idea to put people in the stand under the camera.
