Salthill were robbed tonight, definitely a case of the best team losing.
Considering it was a case of playing our fringe players with a tough game against Mervue away on fri I wasn't expecting to win that game so it would be one of the reasons why we were beaten along with playing sh*te and also taking the league more serious than the EA cup.
Bohs beat Bray 4-2 aet.
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
Disappointing on the night to lose to Derry after we deserved to win, but won't lose much sleep over it. The league is priority.
Everyone knows the league cup is all Derry care about anyway.

Think if you look at winners of FAI Cup Nigel you'll see a different story. How long is the beaten run gone on for now against Derry ????![]()
Saw it on Twitter somewhere, nine teams left are top nine of league.

Happy enough with that draw myself.
We've had a great record in Dalymount recently, won 4-0 earlier there back in April.
Fixtures to be played on 1st July, which means we've Bohs in the Brandy on the Friday, and away on the Monday.
Rovers-Pats would have to be the stand-out tie from the round.
Some tasty ties there
