Maybe not in the circle of EL managers but teams need to look outside that. There's good managers out of work across the water, even ones with Irish connections. Is it really that unrealistic to think, say, John Aldridge would want to manage Cork? He's been linked with jobs over here in the past and did an amazing job with Tranmere. There's also people like Ronnie Whelan who could be approached, there's people out there if Cork have the ambition to get them in.Originally Posted by Shelsman
