Scousers. And Millwall.
Scousers. And Millwall.
As long as McGeady doesn't get sent off, the terror threat at the game should be a low grade blue.
Though the odd Irish fan with their man bag could well be a soft target.
Hmm, some people on here are very slow today.
In general, neither group have a massive presence at 'Ingerland' games...
'Wall would be more prevalent, but both's agenda lies elsewhere.
The group that attacked the Black Lion pub on Kilburn High Road pre the 91 game all associated with Birmingham City. A couple of hundred of them came out of the Bakerloo line station just off the high road and attacked a couple of pubs but the main attack was on the Black Lion. They got cornered up at the other end of Kilburn High Road (Waterloo line station?) mostly by old Irish day labourers and London/Irish heavies. Very few Irish football fans on the High Road that day.

The Black Lion is now a very trendy gastro pub. It has left its Irish heritage behind, as have quite a few of the pubs on that stretch. The Sir Colin Campbell is one of the few which is still a relic from an earlier time. Cricklewood is less modernised, although the old Crown Hotel has been spruced up no end and is a very successful business class hotel, run by the Moran people, of Red Cow Inn fame.
Best pubs for Wednesday pre & post match?
Anybody fancy us nicking a draw or are we gonna get smashed 4-0?
Well get smashed 2-0
I like high energy football. A little bit rock and roll. Many finishes instead of waiting for the perfect one.
"We'll get smashed 2-0" or "we'll get smashed; 2-0"?![]()
Stephen Quinn called into the squad instead of Paul Green
Wow, where did that come from? Welcome addition, but Trap has never spoken about him as far as I'm aware.
He's been at a few Hull games lately
Wonder if this will be on TV in the states. doubtful i guess.
No Somos muchos pero estamos locos.
Zig and Zag analyse Ire-Eng Euro 92 home game - god be with da days
Nice to see Quinn get the nod. He won Hull's player of the year too. Making a belated return to the Premiership will be a tonic. Hull will be an intriguing side to follow next season. Seeing how Brady fares in the Premiership and the level he's really at and how Meyler looks on a continuous basis in the centre of the park will be interesting stuff.
Haven't seen much of Quinn. Like Alan, he's not the paciest though?
Why has Green not got the nod?
Folding my way into the big money!!!
Hamstring injury.
