Good place to start is with a list of where the Irish cyclist have done: http://www.stickybottle.com/latest-n...-and-abroad-2/
Also- Lance on Oprah, how vomit inducing is that going to be?

Is a hopefully-injury-free 2013 expected to be a big year for Deignan after a disappointing 2012?
He's actually my cousin but I know very little about cycling and haven't spoken to him in quite a while.Deignan was hoping to relaunch his career in 2012 with his move to Unitedhealthcare, and while that did not go according to plan the US Pro Continental outfit has retained confidence in him, with the Donegal man to line out for them again in 2013. Having taken a Vuelta stage win and top ten overall, Deignan has results in his palmares that Nicolas Roche and Dan Martin don’t to date, a fact that underlines his natural ability. A bit like Sam Bennett, a good run of problem-free form for Deignan could bring very spectacular results.
Surprised sticky bottle forgot Dan Martin's Vuelta stage win.
As for Deignan himself, very hard to say. He's had one injury free season so far, and he was brilliant for it. But the likelihood of him being injury free?

They were saying on Off The Ball last night that LeQuipe are reporting that it has already been recorded and it's in Armstrong's house, love fest?
I see Roche and Martin not being in the Tour down Under .....

I read (can't recall where) that the Armstrong interview will be conducted on Monday.

Actually, it turns out the transcript of the interview is already available: http://blogs.news.com.au/dailytelegr...ously_thought/

The interview may not be the whitewash we all expected- Tweeted by David Walsh:
And furthermore:Oprah Winfrey is trying to get up to speed on LA. Her producer Jenna Kostelnik has spoken with Kathy LeMond, Betsy Andreu and yours truly.
The thick plottens. At 6pm today I will post something on this twitter page that will amuse and be of interest to many. And yes it does relate to you-know-who.

I am failing to understand how he can avoid perjury by coming clean - anyone care to shed some light on that? Isn't he certain to do some jail time now that he has seemingly confessed ?
No disrespect to Deignan, who I hope stays injury free enough to fulfil his potential (and United Healthcare should get good wildcard invites this year), but Dan has much better palmares - grand tour stage win, world tour stage race win (and podium), monument podium, monument top 5 amongst others.
Cut a deal with the feds/ USADA, and settle the other cases.
If you attack me with stupidity, I'll be forced to defend myself with sarcasm.
I read that piece as taking the stage win and top ten together- hence it's something Roche or Martin haven't managed.
On the perjury question- it seems that the statute of limitations has passed on that so Armstrong may be covered on that. It's mentioned in this piece which is quite good: http://www.guardian.co.uk/sport/blog...sis-confession
The most nervous people currently are probably at the UCI. I have a feeling this is going to go very badly for them.

Very quiet in here. I just finished watching the first part tonight/this morning. But I had already heard clips all day from it and interviews with the other (seemingly all Irish) protagonists.
Gonna watch part-two during breakfast, but judging by the banners on SSN It seems I am liable to throw up.
"I deserve it..."; what a ****!
DID YOU NOTICE A SIGN OUTSIDE MY HOUSE...?
Roche interview: http://teamsaxotinkoff.com/ny_news.a...d=3849&lang=uk
Not much in it really. His first race will be the Tour of the Mediterranean.

David Walsh and Emma O'Reilly on the late late last Friday night.
Nothing new on it - but Walsh did say he was in discussions with Armstrong's legal team regarding an interview ( as a part of the legal settelment ) which i think would be interesting to say the least!
Understatement of the year.
Eh, Fuentes in court today. This is gonna be whopper. I'm looking at you Barcelona...
Though there'll be nothing in the trial to implicate any other sports teams.
The aftermath should be interesting.

McLaughlin, Downey and Irvine are in the Etoile de Bessèges starting today.
New Lance interview, pretty scathing about McQuaid: http://www.cyclingnews.com/news/lanc...sive-interview

Roche and Martin kick off their season at the Tour of the Med. Roche 8th in today's TT, his best ever TT result. Promising! Martin 25th.
