Underlined Links

Would it be possible to change the colous of underlined links?

If I make a link here the word 'here' is underlined and clicking on it takes you to a new page but it isn't always obvious that it's a link.

Maybe change it to something that isn't green?

Can't really see the point myself to be honest. Hardly anything else on the site is underlined, so if it's underlined it's a link?

Anyone agree with ptegan? Disagree?
