Maybe losing the play-off final made up his decision, definately too good for Div 1, also Bray a lot closer too home (Wicklow) than Waterford 20 min v 90 min drive. The club have confirmed none of this so is it fact or rumor, why don't the club let the fans know whats going on? You would have thought that if a player of Gary Dempsey's quality was back it would be on the web-site.
You can add Kevin Knight,Jason Byrne and Shane O Connor to the list also..
From what i hear he actually wanted to sign for us during the transfer window last summer. He was at a large number of our games last season and when he was up to drop his player of the year trophy back up is is known to have said "sure i might as well keep it, i'll be winning it next season again"

Don't know, just going by what's being said on here. Would be a MASSIVE blow to lose Quigley. Shels have lost Delaney to Bohs so there could well be some truth in it as they will need to find a replacement for him
Lee Dixon gone to Athlone...
Did Quigley not sign a new contract before Christmas? For some reason i seem to have it in my head that he had it up on his facebook status... could be wrong on that though.
Dixon is no loss, did nothing when with us last season, would have liked to have held on to Marshall though, looked decent any time he played and a much better end product than Hanlon.
Mulroy is back in Ireland, Florida didn't work out for him and he has said that he will most likely sign back for Bray. Fingers crossed !
Hugh Douglas has re-signed for UCD (not coming so). Gary Dempsey confirms he has signed for Bray.

More and likely travelling distance...tough with 2 young kids making long journeys to Waterford and with Bray a lot closer to home.

Was talking to the club and they will make an announcement when the majority of the squad is signed up, won't be releasing it in drips and drabs. Hopefully within the next week or so.
Jesus, why? Would knowing how many and who has signed up not help season ticket sales. Very short sighted.
