Rockmount Quarter Finals of FAI CUP

Rockmount got drawn to play waterford away, it'll be a real tough one for them but they've got this far, so we won't have them defeated before their time, they can still do it

Sure look at Boh's they thought the same when they played Kildare in the 3rd round and I was at that match, they lost 1-0, so Waterford shouldn't be so cocky at all they'll get a kick in the ass if Rockmount continue playing like they are, they were missing alot of players they've got them all back now so they've as much a chance as Waterford have going through to the Semi's at the end of the day it's a 11 against 11, so finger's crossed lads, they've come this far, it mightened be the end yet!!

Can't say I hate Waterford but I'll be hoping Rockmount win as I've a couple of ex team mates playing there now.

Oh right they've signed a few new players alright but I think he'll stick with what has kept them winning all the long instead of trying anything new at the moment, has there been a day or time yet when that game will be played, my friend that plays with them was working yesterday so I've yet to hear, usually Rockmount play Sundays, which would be perfect but I can see it being played on a Friday night, it's not too far from Cork so it would be great to have a good support behind them, so as I said since Cork and Ramblers are out of it, Rockmount should be supported by all of Cork please, lets give them the support they deserve!!

I meant to say did yee see them on RTE1 last night while the draw was on, Poor Alan Martin frooze when they went to interview him, said a few words then stopped you could see that lady waiting for a bigger response from him lol he's not used to the lime light lol it's about time they started isn't it, Itermeditate cup winners and now in the quarters of the FAI Cup, it's brilliant for them, pity they're not playing at home though

Of all the possible away fixtures it is the cheapest and nearest for them, and easiest to get to for supporters too.

It's gonna be on the Friday night clashing with the Cork V Rovers, so what i suggest is , anyone that can't make it up to Dublin try get to Waterford and suport a local team, it would give the lads great pride to see a crowd of fellow Corconians behind them isn't it true lads and lasses

    Thanks Ian S.
Ah very good so maybe we'll get support so from all over the City, it would be nice to have a nice fanbase behind them especially for the distance they've gone, and of course it's not over yet, it'll be a hard game for them but lets all be positive

Fair dues, more like you boy and they'll have a great backing behind them, for a team to hear supporter's cheering them on it gives them great edge and that's what Rockmount need, to see that their fellow Corconians are supporting them and not being negative

Come on Lads and Lasses, Waterford is only down the road, no excuses please

Actually how long of a drive is it to Waterford from the City and which way would ya go???
