He was interviewed for the job weeks ago while he was still in a job and was mulling over the offer, now that he is unemployed it's plain sailing

Have heard some news that will break shortly about a couple of last years squad. Have had offers from a couple of clubs, 1 has signed. Others are close

No matter who it is the bit in bold wouldn't bother me if he has a good reputation and potential to be very good. Would kind of go against what the club said they were looking for though if it isn't an experienced manager.

Players leaving is the more worrying part.
