    The Panel

Back on Network tonight, looking forward to the new series. It's one of the best programmes RTÉ has produced in a long time.

"Dara O Briain will host the shows from week to week, and although the lineup will shuffle from time to time, the performers will be chosen from a regular pool of performers and wits. Panel regulars Ed Byrne, Colin Murphy, Fiona Looney and Andrew Maxwell will join Dara throughout the series, and the show will be refreshed with some new faces from the cream of Irish comedy, including Des Bishop."

Particularly like Ed Byrne and Andrew Maxwell, even though he's a prat.

Also on TV tonight, the Sports Files, always good, Network 2 at 8.
2 classic Father Ted episodes on from 9 on Network 2. (The one where Ted is supposed be interviewed for TV, and the one where Fr Stone comes to visit)
Sky One has 'Conspiracy' (re: 11/9/01 attacks) at 9.
Podge & Rodge is on the after Panel.
And don't forget, of course, eL Weekly.

Posted somewhere before that I thought Maxwell was the funniest stand up I'd seen in years. Having spoken to him though, he's a bit of a nutcase!

Ed Byrne bores me on TV.
