I couldn't see my order on the website so I popped them a mail yesterday. They said they couldn't see it yet either, but that they'd know better this morning. So I rang VISA to see what the story was. They said that there was a transaction coming through for €220 (ie, 3x€70 + €10) and it was from ticketnet.fr. So I figured that all was cool.
I just received a mail from ticketnet this morning saying that my booking is not registered and that I must do a new one. So I rang VISA again to double check. They still say the transaction is there (and I guess is just clearing or something).
I've sent ticketnet another mail to see what the story is. I'll let yis know.
Also they completely screwed up my address, and when I go to change my details there's no "OK" or "ACCPEPT" button to save the changes
