It was implied that you agreed with the implication that Frei was/is a racist. Whether he is a scumbag or not is a different story alltogether. The spitting thing is miserable though. Was spat on when I played GAA and I went berserk.
He spits at other people. That is all the evidence I need to make that judgement. And he lied about it afterwards which makes it even worse.Originally Posted by Volltreffer

Wrong. He spat at another person. (See the difference?)Originally Posted by speedking
You obviously don't know the story. And I'm not going to explain it to you, it's no use.Originally Posted by speedking
I can honestly say I have never and will never spit at another person. It's beneath me and I would be disgusted with myself for such an action. I can understand your loyalty to Frei but surely you can recognise he's not one of the game's gentlemen.Originally Posted by Volltreffer
An honest mistake can be forgiven but such an action speaks volumes about a man.
Doesn't matter, he still spat at another human being.Originally Posted by Volltreffer
I probably don't, and I don't want to know it. He still spat at someone and he said he didn't. That is enough for me.
'waaaaaaaaan da towwwwwwn hey!
The only people that know what happened are Frei and Morrison. You don't know if Frei said anything so, again, why are you presuming he didn't? As you say, Morrison could be brought to court over false claims so why would he then say anything if it wasn't true?Originally Posted by Fergie's Son
BTW, this only came up in an interview. He didn't go to UEFA or call a press conference so your 11 month thing means nothing. There is no time limit to leak secrets.
No but the presumption is that one is innocent until proven guilty. The burden is on Morrisson and he has not met that burden. As such, he is the one who needs to justify his comments, not Frei. Such is the perverse nature of our politically correct culture, however, Frei has to defend himself. That's shameful.
Frei wouldn't sue because he would have to meet the actual malice standard are would be hard pressed to show monetary damages.
