my money is on Cobh.
my money is on Cobh.
Why is he leaving Cork?
Tommy Dunne said his job is very physically demanding which causes him to pick up more injuries than normal with not much recovery time, that and he can't really commit training wise.
Cobh would be a decent move for him if they are in the first division, back to his old club also.
So who's decision was it, his or the club's? Even on one leg he was still banging in plenty of goals so presumably his.
I'd say it was Tommy mostly, though I don't know how upset he would be about it.
From what I've been hearing it sounds like Cobh will be back and hed be a very good player for them to have.
If Cobh are back, it means an 8 Div 1 again this year. Anyone know the story with the two Galway clubs from last season ? Will Salthill still play in Terryland under the strange name and in Galway maroon colours and have they and Mervue started pre-season yet ?
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Davin O'Neill was IMO a victim of the Irish navy. He had all the attributes to make it big, but he may have taken the sensible option and fair play to him for that. He was always good for a goal, but last year just seemed to prove that the Premier was too far out of his reach.....not ability-wise, but in terms of committment. He became very frustrating for the 2nd half of the season. I'd hate to see the fans get on his back too much as he came across as a nice guy and a very honest player.
If they come to an arrangement with the PFAI and their former players then I'd imagine they'll be let back in with an amateur set up. The Revenue were paid weren't they?
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.
What time is Limerick's press conference today?
