depends on the evening's game, need Austria to beat Serbia. that will leave all four teams on 3 points
we'll still need to beat Serbia on Friday to go through, and hope there's a draw in the other game, or Austria beat Georgia by a goal
Thats them out after that big defeat.......

somebody up there likes us (or at least doesn't hate the u17 team), Austria beat Serbia 1-0 to leave all teams level on three points before Friday's final set of games: http://www.uefa.com/under17/season=2...732/index.html
The Serbian full back Radojević was sent off after two yellows, and will miss the game against Ireland
Crowley played 2 games for England, they lost to Russian, they have a keeper called Angus Gunn ..how cool is that name?
he is bryrn gunns son of norwich fame. crowley is under 17 next year as well and england have us in the first phase of qualification with 2 teams to advance
crowley actually got sent off tonight as england went out.i imagine he wood get a 2 match ban for the next competitive games which i assume wood b next years qualifiers so unlikely the brits would put him in their squad if he could only play one game. if he switched back to ireland wood his international ban carry over?is there any precedent for this at international level?I would argue it would be voided if he switched to us as it would be the same as him never been picked for england again in which case he would never serve a ban. It is in effect a ban on playing the next 2 england competitive games you are eligible for NOT club/other national team games

Donegal & Letterkenny native Dale Gorman played all three elite games for Northern Ireland. They drew with last seasons champions Holland & Italy. Ireland will need alot more luck tomorrow if they want to get through.

I have no idea lad but if you look at the team sheet I dont think that many of that team would have any allegiance to God save the Queen (could be misleading all the same if you go by names) but that doesnt always mean that they would switch at the same time. Id say if they changed the anthem most of them would be happy enough to play for the north as Im sure they are just delighted to be playing international football and just want to carve out a career for themselves like any young player would. It seems that they have a very good crop coming through and no doubt some of boys at FAI are probably keeping tabs, well you would like to think they are anyway but FAI are a strange animal when you look how they kept faith with Trap & Co
Not looking good for the Republic here today as they need to better Austria's result and they are currently winning 2 nil against Georgia.
2-1 now for Austria against Georgia so another goal for Georgia to get a draw and Republic score a winner against Serbia and they would go through by my calculations.
Republic 1 up now with a penalty and Serbian player sent off in same incident it appears. If Georgia score Republic will go through.

All over, Drew 1 all, Austria are through to the Championship finals courtesy of 2-1 win against Georgia. Probably fair result considering they missed an 85th minute penalty in first game against Republic.
