ordered 8 cat 1 tickets last night, just received an email from TICKETNET requersting photocopy of credit card and id/passport as this is the first order and to prevent fraud, has anybody else received the same request ???

I also got this email from TicketNet. I ordered 4 category 2 tickets. I think they only send these emails as they are large orders. They seem legit

ordered 7 cat 4 tickets and the charge has already been listed on my cc (albeit it has not cleared yet, but at least the transaction is in the system)

i ordered 4 cat 1 tickets but haven't recieved this email. status in follow my order says printed so i presume it went through ok

id say you would be fine, my tickets show as being printed on follow my order, must be some random check... bit ott asking for a copy of a passport AND a copy of the credit card

Ordered 2 cat 4 tix and was asked for passport and credit card copy, sent it off straight away and got instant email saying they will be posted first thing in the morning.

how much is the postage on them ticketnet tickets. i think i got ripped off with 16 euro postage on that Mosaic site. mosaic are not sending out their tickets until atleast 15 september. hopefully they`ll have the tickets then

Spoke to ticketnet yesterday all above board faxed details received confirmation this morning tickets on the way..................just over 3500 tickets left !!!

Look on stade de france website u get a virtual view from your seat !!!

Their email said that it was for first-time buyers only so maybe everyone got one yeah.

Hi lads, I've booked with 2 credit cards setting up 2 user accounts but I've only rec/d 1 mail looking for copies of c/c and passport! Can anyone shed any light on this for me ? I booked 5 tkts on 1 card and only 1 tkt on another?

Do they only look for copies of your details when u book a certain amount of tickets ?
