charleville were missing 7 of that 5 would start. only had 13 plus our stand out player so far was taken off injured after 10 mins. was a cracking game but we definitely deserved the win, were the better team over the 2 hours.

Yeah missing about 4 or 5 heads, not a bad win, made it difficult for ourselves against a poor enough Coonagh side. But if we cant beat a team numerous divisions below us then we will never win haha that's 3 wins on the spin for us now in the cups

Ya we were poor on the day and have played much much better this season. Missing a fair few over the last few weeks so it was a chance to give some lads a run on the day and I thought they did ok.

I have to say though I can see why hibs are struggling in the premier. Their are teams in division 2B that have looked better. The main difference was the two Shannon Hibs wingers (especially the one on the left) who caused us problems all day. Other than that they didn't have much anywhere else that was a real threat or made us worry.

If Coonagh were poor and as you say numerous divisions below ye,why then did ye only scrape through, match blown up at least two minutes early when ye were under pressure and Coonagh looking like getting a goal to take it to extra time, we had four B players playing and were not out of place playing against a pointless premier team and i could see why too

Looks like my post has gotten someone a tad angry there grinder A few mins early? why was that then? didn't see any Coonagh players complaining to the ref about that and surely they would have been because as you say ye had us under pressure the last few minutes. Yeah Jofspring we were poor now i must say, thought we did okayish in the first half but the second half there wasn't 3 passes strung together by us. Scrapped through but it doesn't matter a win is a win!

It was blown up at 42 minutes and a few seconds early with zero injury time. We didn't complain cause to be honest we weren't pushed about going through. For us the league and our own cup are more important than the Munster Junior and FAI as we will most likely not win either. We will try to get as far as we can but at the end of the day its just a chance to give a few lads a run in a club game for us.

To be fair there are only about a handful or two of teams that can win either the fai or the MJC so i can see where you are coming from there but you still wanna go as far as you can of course Cheers, we will need it haha
