Agreed, a side profile shot, with different lighting and horizontal stripes jersey
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

I'd imagine a lot of them have retired. Davy Byrne is playing up the north some place, Gary Murphy isn't playing any serious football, John Martin manages Leixlip, Stephen Gavin is retired from senior football as far as I know. God only knows where the rest of them play if they play at all.
Upwards to the vanguard where the pressure is too high.

Davy Byrne - Was playing with Ballinamallard or someone up in the North last season I think after leaving Harps, haven't heard anything since.
Packie Mailey - Not playing for anyone. Just playing a bit of GAA. Wouldn't mind seeing him sign back at Harps though.
Liam Mailey - Same as Packie I believe. Went off to America last year or the year before and hasn't been heard of since.
    Ciaran Martyn - Glentoran
John McGuinness - Wasn't he re-signed by Athlone last season?
Emeka Onwubukio - I often have wondered what became of this 'wonderkid' too.
https://kesslereffect.bandcamp.com/album/kepler - New music. It's not that bad.

Alan Mahon - retired at the end of 2008; works in the Department of Finance I think (did last I heard anyway)
Ciaran Martyn - Glentoran, pending them releasing their entire squad for financial reasons again
Pat McWalter - off playing GAA for Wicklow
Liam Tiernan - did he go to Wexford Youths? If not (and maybe even if so), he's dropped out of LoI
Austin O'Neill - was with Kildare in their last season

I think Colin P. O' Brien's playing for Ballydehob in the West Cork League.

Brian O'Callaghan was with us last season, his last appearance was in the Man City friendly. He's currently training with junior club Geraldines. Dont know if he's going to continue with LOI, depends what our new manager wants when we get one I suppose! He was also coaching our U19s last season, and coaches for another local junior club.

O'Dowd is playing for Port Darwin in the Northern Territory Northern Zone Premier League in Australia.

It also reads in that link he's a former Billericay Town player. Conference South team. That's where he disappeared to then..

That would be a lower standard than LOI, wouldn't it? Money is probably better though.

Since they just got promoted to the Conference South, I'd imagine a good amount of LSL teams would be at a greater level.

Yeah Richie is still with Granada in the UCFL (Div 2A), played them a few times in pre season friendlies over the last couple of years. Does a bit of coaching with them too AFAIK.

Yeah but a good amount of LSL teams are probably better than the likes of Salthill Devon United FC. Fair play to him for going over there and trying to work his way up the ladder, maybe he needed to get out of Ireland to not be comfortable.

Thomas Mcgauley is most likely serving a suspension somewhere in Dublin!!!!! I seem to remember Danny Drew giving him dogs abuse when he got sent off for I think the 3rd time in 4 games. Think he went to Monaghan after us with a possible pit stop or two along the way.
