Surely Richie Baker isn't that old himself? Or did he go completely downhill in a matter of years?

Not a fan of either of the Baker brothers (two different fathers etc etc), but the above post is a bit of an over exaggeration ^!

Crazy. He seemed to be the next big thing out of the LOI when he went over to play MLS.

One of my favourite Town players: John Martin. Robbie's brother I think? Anyone with an idea?

Managing someone in the LSL, Leixlip possibly. I think I read that on here actually. His brother Robbie is playing for them.

Longfordian has it there about John,Leixlip won their League in the Leinster Senior League last year and are top of the league they were promoted into this season,Robbie was banging them in last year and was one of the most feared strikers around-lethal in the box.

He was always a good lad and a good player, Johnny Martin. Robbie was less successful considering we spent money on him but still got us to the cup final in 2007 which made us a few quid.

'Two different fathers etc etc'... One of the most intriguing lines I've ever seen on Foot.ie. Most peculiar....

I met and chatted to Martin Lawlor yesterday in the IFSC, what a player, winner of 4 of our 9 league titles, top top player. Refreshing to hear of him say 'I hope WE win on sunday' (v St Pats.................miracles can happen)

PS Where are they now 'No idea but he was heading towards the convention centre'.............

Perhaps Dodge meant 0.8 of a stone? Very precise if so.
The ball is round and has many surprises.
