Best young talent at your club ?

    so who is it ?

There's a few that stand out at Bray at the moment - Peter McGee, Ross Zambra, Fran Hoare and Maurice Dunne and Oisin Crean, but Barry McGory looks to be a quality player ! seen him play in 5 Under 21 matches and he's scored 2 hat-tricks and then a further brace. He has been on the bench for the 1st team for the past month with a few minutes hear and there.

We've a few. Mark Farren, might remember him scoring a hatrick against Limerick in the play-offs last season. There's Gerry Gill who's really got himself noticed this season. Gareth Mullan has been brilliant for the U21s this season. He's got a crazy average of just under 2 goals a game this season.

Drew Duffy scored 3 goals in 3 starts(one coming off injuryed with 5mins played) not bad when you see that he is a winger and only 19! Simon Kelly is an other good player can get a cross out of notting! Johnny Lynch very good with both feet strong very good skill only 17!

Chris Breen and Michael Funston are already part of the first team set up at Harps.

Others to watch out for are left back Benny Bonner, winger Fintan Bonner, striker Scott Devenney and midfielder Shaun Mc Gowan.

There is a midfielder playing with one of the underage teams at Cork City called Caulfield that looked a player for the future.

I wonder is he any relation to one Mr. Johnny Caulfield that once wore a City shirt. It would be good to know there is a player of similar calibre coming through the ranks.
The SFAI are the governing body for grassroots football in Ireland, not the FAI. Its success or the lack of is all down to them.

Willie Doyle broke the UCD goalscoring record halfway through his first season - can't be bad! Darren Quigley has claimed the number 1 jersey and was on the Ireland schools squad introduced to the crowd at half-time during the Ireland-Bulgaria match, together with Damien Kelly and Conor Sammon. Then there's Brian Gannon, Conor Kenna, Paul Byrne (eight goals for the reserves so far)... Though obviously, we do lend ourselves to young talent more than most clubs...

Lots of exciting young players at Pats. Most of whom have seen first team action this season due to our financial situation, which will probably turn out to be no bad thing in the end. Stephen Quigley is an established first teamer already, and is a real find. Keith Fahey is the best young midfielder in the country (Wes who?) Phil Shepard and Robbie Smith are both 18(I think), and look terrific prospects.

With City, some names to keep an eye out for are

    - Chris O Shea (Right Full)

    - Jamie Nolan (Striker, played a few games in the 1st team, needs a small bit more time and will be a top class player)

    - Admir Softic (Midfield. Nees to bulk up a bit, but looks handy, and could make an impact)

Of course there is also Kevin Doyle, and Kearney, who are still both only 20, Danny Murphy who is no older than 22, as with Bennet, D Murray, some fella called John O Flynn who apparently scored a few goals for City who is only 22.
If at first you don't succeed, redefine success.
