As far as I know "knickers" played with Southend underage his father is from Carrick and he signed at start of this season but has suffered from injuries.
Burkey is a serious player and for his age has won alot of competitons, I have every faith in him.
You have a serious hang up on the Fitzgeralds, I have no idea what they are doing or are they invovled at any level.

    Knickers...
No hang up about the fitzgearlds at all, but you made a point earlier that some of ur players have a lot of years left in them and i'm nearly sure there nearly the same age, so i wouldn't be banking on those lads playin for much longer.
Who will be manager of Carrick next year? From wat i hear alot of the clubs in Waterford are losing there managers.
Nobody wants the hassle anymore. Would you not take the Carrick job?

Carrick beat Johnville 2-1 last night to stay in the hunt. Tramore still can't afford a slip-up away to Bohs, home to Crystal. Should do enough to win it though.

As for Carrick being finished, when Coggsy and Franny Rockett left for the Blues a couple of months ago, I was being told Tramore were resigned to not winning the league this season! Carrick are likely to only finish a point behind in the end.

Drawing at home to Hibs really put a spanner in our works, losing to Tramore the way we did meaning losing 5 points lost in 2 home games has probably cost us.
We may not get full points from our last 3 games either away v Saviors and Hibs Home v Villa and I fully expect Tramore to run up a big score against Bohs and squeeze a win past the Glass last day.
The relegation battle is hotting up, Johnville are bottom a point behind Piltown who have a game in hand but have to go to Johnville. Bohs will lose their last two games so if Johnville were to get 4 points and Piltown a win could possibly have a 3 way tie. Boh's are by far and away the worst side this season and could well pay for it.

I wouldn't shed too many tears if Bohs went down after their carry-on at the start of the season (and over the years).

They threw a hissy fit saying they'd have to pull out of the Premier because a couple of their lads joined Waterford United under 19s. Pathetic stuff. Had no problem putting a team together, but managed to badmouth Waterford United in all the local media. This given their own history of poaching players at every level.

An understrength Carrick lost to Saviours at the weekend so Tramore are 4 ahead with 2 to play. Should seal it at Bohs.

Tramore won the League today. 3 league titles in 4 years. Look like getting even stronger over the next few seasons. Can anyone stop them???

Congrats to Tramore the best team always wins the league.
The start of our rebuilding process happened on Sunday morning 3 youths starting, one of them scoring and all impressing on their debut.

League finished last night all dead rubbers as Tramore were champions from the previous weekend as were Johnville relegated.
Carrick beat Hibs 5-0 away, mad that a draw in Carrick Beg against the same opponents started a dip in form the ultimately cost us the league.
Great to see the last couple of games 3 Youths starting for Carrick and preforming admirably, one is actually under 16 and scored against Villa, this will be evoultion not revoultion for Carrick and hoppefully we will be there there abouts come the end of next season.

Can see Carrick winning the Cup.
Where did Carrick finish in the Youth League? They must be decent with 3 players playin in the premier team. If Carrick can hold on to all there players it will be a fight between themselves and Tramore again next year. Tramore getting players back from Waterford United in July so they will push on.
Not sure if any other club good enough to challenge.

They will get Rocky back alright if they are still in contention Cogs will lmost likely see out the season with Blues as he is getting regular game time albeit from the bench.

Finished 4th of 4 lost a few during the year due to lack of games, beaten on pens in the cup yesterday, going 3 months without a game lead to disjointed performances. 4 Youth B's (much better ran league) played for our 2nd team on Saturday as they knocked Southend out of the cup on pen's. 3-3 in normal time.

Bad weekend for Tramore – knocked out of both the Ardagh and youth cups. Undoubtedly strongest team in the league but a long way off being good enough to be in the mix for the big trophies. Saviours & Carrick final I reckon.

Carrick Saviours could be a good final but i fancy Ferrybank to get there. Not sure of the draw but ferrybank will be hard to beat.
Tramore bringing in 4 new players for the new season, Not sure who but the rest would want to ad some new players or the title will be heading back to Tramore. Will others be able to match them?
