Mixed emotions I'd say for the AUL management team. The defence forces had the more chances but yet with 10 to go we are a goal up. If I was Donal I'd be furious with the defending for the goals especially the 2nd. But considering they still had a chance after the equaliser which the AUL keeper made a fine save I think they will be happy overall with a point. It's not the end of the world and with 2 home games left they still have every chance of coming out of the group. Thought there was a good balance to the team, looked dangerous going forward especially first half but the Defence Forces superior fitness showed in the 2nd half. Although I wouldn't have started 3-5-2 the management deserve credit for changing it as soon as they realised it wasn't working. Thought they used the bench well too and made good subs at the right times. So overall well done to all the lads wasn't easy in the conditions and they were up against a decent opposition. A point in the bag and onwards they go
