I guess I'll bite the bullet Knockavilla 1 Glen Celtic 6 what can I say game of 2 halfs 0 0 at half time when I felt we should have been up 2 nil that's my view and I think the Glen lads wouldn't disagree with me . Second half then glen took control and well worth the win. Like to wish them the best of luck in the competion and that they go as well as they did last year . Note on Glens line not a problem with them I seen they get a lot of abuse re their line on here so just to say not a bother or bit of hassel .

A goal fest in the fairfield today with Blackstone beating Hillington 5 or 6-2 and Cathedral loosing on penalties to Waterloo after a 3-3 cracker.

Blackstone well worth their win a closely contested game early on but always only going to be one winner and with Hillington going down to 10 they hadn't a prayer. Fox and especially Mini playing some good football.

Cathedral threw away their game after being 3 up with about 10 mins to go. A masterstroke by waterloo management putting their centre half up front proved vital with Cathedral not being able to handle him or the impressive Edwin Buckley who made use of the big pitch.

Waterloo did the same thing in both games against us last year. He's a big fella hard to handle for the centre halfs. If you can do it sure how bad!! Great comeback to be fair!

Donaldinho, judging by that result, I'd say Innishvilla haven't lost as many players as we were led to believe on this forum.

Yesterday was opposite to game against Park. We went one down after having most of the ball. Mini scored a cracking equaliser. Most of the ball for the rest of the half before we went 2-1 up. Three one ten minutes into second half as we put in the rebound from a peno. Missed our fourth pen in a row a few mins later!!! They went down to ten and we scored two more. We were unhappy with their early and late goals but cup is about next round!

Both Prems but Prem A especially, both remain as unclear as they did at the beginning. Upto two weeks ago, Kanturk were untouchable in my eyes. They now join the other nine in the division with good and bad days!! Kilumney probably sticking out in Prem but off days too.

New thread folks as such... Who do you think have been the stand out players this season so far in the Aul. Im pretty sure of the usual suspects in the premier but has anyone caught the eye in the lower divisions?

All four games will be competitive in that draw. If Kanturk have their GAA lads available, Park wont have it easy down there! Sad to see another withdrawal from the league so early... Lakewood gone from Div.2
