Don't remember the song Eoin, but I remember Gerry Cott, used to play guitar with the Boomtown Rats. I remember a brief solo career alright.

    in no particular order

    rory gallagher - banker's blues
    frames - revelate
    mark geary - suzanne
    sultans - where's me jumper
    and last but not least
rulers of the planet - bottle of gold
Whatever it was I am sure it was better than my plan to get out of this by pretending to be mad. I mean, who would have noticed another madman around here?

Three pages in and not a showband in site. So...
Billy Brown and the Freshmen- "Never heard anything like it".
Their gorblimey awful punk record. Braver souls might want to find their New Romantic offering "Abandon Chip" too.

'Back Home in Derry' Christy Moore

My selection will probably chang by tomorrow.

While I'm at it does anyone remember a Galway band called Toasted Heritic, seen them play at The Fleadh once and and was really impressed, remember them getting a couple of good write ups in the music press in London but they seemed to fade into nothing after that.
Where am I now? I'm over here,

'Food for breakfast' and 'Unrealistic' which I still have somewhere on a compilation are the only ones that I can think of. Spark any memories?
