Fair play and best of luck to him, some big boots to fill though.. Carew seem to have got some decent signings in, they will do very well again this season. Cant see past the big 2 but you never no.
It's all about opinions isn't it and with ronan training with limerick fc its a great coup to get a handy keeper.

Probably be good at junior level but I think his LOI days are numbered. I don't think too many in the LOI would be interested in signing him so Pike is a likely destination and a good one for him if he wants to win a few things before hanging up his boots.
Paul Doona would be a good signing but if he wasn't to make the first team regularly it would be a waste of talent.

No don't think he would. Have to disagree that he is as good as whats there at the moment. He was very poor the last time with us which was disappointing as most had big hopes he would be a big player for us and I think our full backs and wingers are good young players who would start a head of him. The two Tracey's, Sean brosnan, Shaun Kelly, james Mcgrath and even judge would all start a head of him. The only place we are weak at the moment is centre back and he certainly couldn't play there.
