Gift shops used to sell scotch mist in tins.

Will he steal to order? I mean, if someone wanted a particular bus stop, a pub sign, or a wall with fading eighties "Smash H Blocks" graffitti, would he be willing to purloin said items? Or does it have to be free stuff that no one wants?
