    In fairness I know a few people who have got a permanent job after job bridge but its is obvious that the program is being taken advantage of. Jobs like Bars, waiters etc should not be applicable to a job bridge scheme also I think the 9 months is a bit long. 4-6 months is plenty.

    Fair play Spudulika. You fall into the very small category of Jobsbridge employers who are using the system honestly. As we can see from other peoples comments and experiences above a high percentage of companies are using the system for their own gain with no intention whatsoever of offering a full time paid job at the end.
