Granville won 5-3 on pens.

A good result at the end of a tough night at Jackman Park for our A team. We had several chances throughout the 90mins and in extra time to win this tie, but it went all the way to penalties. Pike missed their third kick, whilst Stephen Cahill, Neill Mc Gourty, Cian Byrnes, Kenneth O Donoghue and finally Niall Doran converted for us. On to the semi-finals, well done to John, Brian O'Doherty Vinny Coffey and the squad. And well done to the supporters who braved freezing temperatures.

I was there.. Taught ye were only in 2nd gear for most if the game the last half hour ye really out a squeeze on them and could and should have won before pens.. Well deserved result at the end IMO

Moyross 0 Caherdavin 3

Great game! A darby match that had a bit of everything. Moyross missed 2 penalties. We scored a penalty. Lots of yellow cards and one red card each which I felt were both harsh. It was a very competitive game with our keeper making some great saves and our forwards missing some good chances. Overall we deserved the win in very cold and wet conditions

Big win this, our goals came from Philip P Coffey, Kenneth O Donoghue, Oliver Kenny and two from Steve Cahill. A solid team performance and this 3 points puts us in a great position at the top of the table. Well done lads.

Dromore 0 Sville 1

Just about deserved this one, we weren't great but had the best of play IMO.. Dromore had a few half chances in the end but we should have killed them off early, their keeper made some fine saves and showed good handling in dreadfully heavy conditions.. In all a wins a win and moves is ever so slightly forward..

Big result for Granville and Caherdavin.. The 2nd promotion spot wil go right to the wire

We were well worth it. They lost their keeper to a red in the first 20, and we only went in 1up at half time. But they ran out of gas big time and it could have been more. As for wins to go up, we're one game at a timing here mate.

Agree with all that except that the chance your keeper saved with his legs was more than a half chance. We could have snuck a point with that but overall you had the better of it and we worked hard to stay in it. Best of luck for the rest of the season.

Just wanted to say a quick word on the ref because it's seldom they get a bit of praise. I thought he handled it very well on a lousy morning. Great to see some younger lads taking it up.

Sville 3-1 Shannon Town

Probably our best performance all season. Scored a couple of crackers too. We were 3 up just after half time before Shannon pulled one back through a free kick. They pushed for a second after that but I felt we were well in control and could have added more on the break. Good spirited game, 3rd time we've plated Shannon already this season with one more to come, every game is as keenly contested as the previous one.
