Bad day at the office for us never got goin pike were two up before we got to 2-2 at half time. Bad mistake from our keeper ( me) to gift pike 3 points

Pike 3 summerVille 2 great result for pike who were still missing a few. Pike went 2 up but summerVille drew level before half time, summerVille keeper made mistake from a free kick pike took advantage and got the winner

Good start to this season in 1A. Some nice match reports aswell. Early days of course but some surprise results already.

We played out two very different games at home this week past. We made very hard work of Pike B, missing several very good chances despite scoring 5. They worked us hard and were never out of the game, even at 4-1 and 5-2 they battled and made us sweat until the very end.

We were far more impressive against Dromore, cruising to a 5-0 scoreline against a spirited away side. They were honest and grafted throughout despite losing one of their better players early to injury. A good bunch of lads, I wish them the best of luck this season.

Went down to Shelbourne Park to watch this, although i had to head away with 20 mins left. Lovely evening for a game. Must say it wasn't a very pretty game to watch but Pike were the better side in the first half and should have scored more. Balla came back into it in the second half without really testing the Pike keeper
