Paul Lyons, Alan Lyons, Brian Lyons, Graham Carey, Thomas Butler, Glen Bussoli have signed with Abbey Rvs, along with Kevin Barry (ex Pike) afaik.
Im almost certain Pa Collins & Jeff Roche have signed with Athlunkard, Derek Hannon, Jordan Boland & Richie Flynn have signed with the Dines, Dale Mc has signed with Carew Park, Mick McDonnell & Brian O'Doherty have signed with Granville.
Paul Lonergan & myself are training with the Dines.
Thats all the info I have on former Star players.

A great session for our squad out in Cooke Park yesterday afternoon. Pitch was magnificent and the home side were strong. Both teams missing a few big players. They kept the ball very well and we had to work hard to get it back. When we were in possession, we played some lovely stuff. We conceded two soft enough goals, and missed several very decent chances. I think 2-2 would have been a fair reflection on the 90 minutes, but for an opening friendly we got a super workout. And a chance to introduce several new faces into our squad. Results not as important as gaining match fitness at this stage of the season. Overall a good days work for us.

We won more comfortably than the score suggests, playing some nice football. The home side were a decent standard and worked us hard throughout. Ken O' Donoghue with a cracking debut goal for us.
