He introduces himself as Michael D and I'd be surprised if he hadn't actually asked to be addressed as Michael.

If he doesn't swear at least 70 times and include a rant about broken hand driers, Bobby Ryan's looks and hairy Japanese bar stewards I'll be massively disappointed.
